April and Darren, both PhD holders, found a unique bond in their shared love for dachshunds. This mutual affection became a cornerstone of their relationship, leading to their marriage in 2016. Their passion for dachshunds has only deepened over time, as they now work from home, dedicating countless hours to their beloved pets.

Our dogs

All of our dachshunds are CKC registered. They stay the night in the house, have a doggie door to come and go as they please, are house-broken, and are crate-trained. April and Darren treat these dogs as family members, ensuring they have all shots and visit the vet regularly. Their extensive care and treatment of the dogs reflect their deep love for the breed and their commitment to their well-being. April and Darren love the breed and want to share what joy they have experienced with others. We also love seeing updated pictures of the dogs who have gone to other homes.
